What does the options mean?

SL200 Series is available in three different models:

• Flash: Flashes as the magnet passes the light. Stops when at a standstill.
• ReePower™ Flash: Flashes at a constant frequency and continues for two minutes when at a standstill.
• Constant: Shines with a constant light while riding and turns off when at a standstill.
